COURSE OVERVIEW
The Accelerated Certificate in Real Estate Development is an 8-week intensive training and implementation program designed to build fully operational, investment-ready real estate development businesses. This course provides participants with a deep dive into the business of real estate development—from vision and strategy to land acquisition, project design, funding, compliance, marketing, and launching projects.
Structured with both classroom learning and real-world application, the course equips participants to build a development company from scratch, including operations, branding, budgeting, funding, team-building, and execution. The curriculum also addresses character, mindset, discipline, and leadership—essential components for long-term sustainability and influence in the real estate industry.
The program culminates in a capstone project known as the Real Estate Development Business-in-a-Box, where participants create and present a fully packaged company ready for implementation and investment.
