Combining the rigor of a business school education with real-world tools, this Mini-MBA delivers applied learning across the full spectrum of startup design, launch, and scale—without the complexity of theory-heavy academic programs.

The course emphasizes both internal and external development: character, mindset, relationships, and purpose as the foundation, paired with comprehensive business functions such as product development, branding, legal setup, operations, finance, marketing, team building, and funding.

Over 12 weeks and a 1-month launch lab, students build a complete business, from legal registration to launch, and leave with a turnkey Business-in-a-Box enterprise system—fully operational and ready to scale.

Graduates will complete a Business-in-a-Box Capstone Project. This includes:
